London— online now

Two weeks. A live website. No invoice.

I design, build, and launch the first version. You send people to it. If it is doing the job, you stay on a monthly plan we agree after you have seen it live. If it isn’t, I take it down and you owe nothing.

The offer

See if the site works. Then we talk money.

Two weeks to launch a real site. You send people to it. Then we talk about keeping it — and whether hospitality needs ordering wired in, not a pretty menu.

01

One honest call

What you sell, who should enquire, and whether I can actually ship this. I take a handful of trials at a time. If I am the wrong person, I say so.

02

Two weeks of build

You see the site going up. Up to five core pages, mobile, form, basic SEO, hosting, SSL, and a proper domain in your name. Hospitality builds include the order and contact paths, not just a pretty menu. No invoice during this window.

03

It goes live

We point the domain. You send traffic. You see if anyone gets in touch — or places an order. That is the test — not a mockup in a Figma file.

04

Stay, or walk

Keep it on a monthly plan — hosting, SSL, backups, and small edits. Walk away at the end of week two and the site comes down. Then, if you want, we add automation and software.

Custom software

Custom CRMs

I build a private system for one business: the pipeline, the clients, and the follow-ups, around how you already work. Not a generic CRM subscription.

Who it is for

  • Studios and agencies
  • Recruiters
  • Hospitality groups
  • Local service firms
  • Desks that outgrew a spreadsheet

What you get

  • A pipeline you can move
  • Contacts, tasks, and notes
  • A log of who did what
  • Permissions for a small team
  • A view you can open on a phone

What it is not

  • Not a public product other businesses sign up for
  • Not a place that holds client money
  • Not your accountant, and not regulated advice

It can sit next to the website. If the job is that the CRM updates itself, agent setup is the optional third piece: the agent logs completed work in, and you still approve the edge.

Scoped in writing before I start. The usual shape is a build, then optional care. Priced to the job, in writing.

Tell me the pipeline

Portfolio

Things that already run a business.

Operations desks, a markets brief, a kitchen compliance tool, a sourcing queue, a trading bot, and desk automations. Different rooms. This list will grow.

Who it's for

A real offer, a real desk, or a job you are still doing yourself.

Operators

You run a real business and the current site — or the lack of one — is costing you enquiries. You want to see it working before you pay.

Hospitality

Restaurant, bar, hotel. You need guests to order or book from the site, and a phone or WhatsApp path that is not buried. I build that, not a PDF of the menu.

Founders

You need a site people can trust, then the tools behind it. Website first. Software when the offer is proven.

Outgrew the spreadsheet

The pipeline, the clients, and the follow-ups do not fit a sheet anymore, and you do not want a bloated subscription. I build that as a private CRM. One business. Your way of working.

Still the night shift

The enquiry, the booking, the morning note. If you are still the loop, I can set up an agent that runs that one job and stops where you tell it to.

After the trial

Three ways to keep the site. Pick one when it is live.

The first two weeks are free and there is no invoice. If the site is doing its job, you stay on one of these — month to month, no setup fee. If it is not, I take it down and you owe nothing.

  • Priority turnaround, reply within one working day
  • A quarterly note on what the site is actually doing

03 · Trade

£149per month

Keep it trading.

Hospitality and ordering sites, or anything with more pages and things that change every week — menus, hours, offers, events.

Edits
Weekly · menus, hours, offers

Same day
  • Everything in Studio
  • Menu, hours, offer, and event updates whenever they change
  • Ordering and booking flows kept working and monitored
  • Up to eight pages and weekly edit rounds
  • Same-day response on anything that breaks
  • Monthly performance note and a call when you want one

All three are month to month after the free two weeks. No setup fee, no twelve-month lock. Your domain is yours from day one and stays yours if you leave. If you stop paying, hosting stops and the site comes down. Software and agent setup are scoped separately to the brief.

Questions

Straight answers before the call.

Is the website actually free?+

For two weeks, yes. I build and launch it at my cost. No deposit, no invoice. After that, if you want it to stay up and keep getting edits, we agree a monthly plan. If you do not, I take it down and you owe nothing.

Why two weeks?+

Long enough to launch and send people to the site. Short enough that I can keep taking new work. If you need more time to gather content, we say so on the call — I will not pretend a two-week window covers a twenty-page rebuild.

Do you build restaurant and hotel sites with ordering?+

Yes. That is a core offer. Hospitality sites here are not brochures: online ordering or a table/order flow, plus phone, WhatsApp, booking, and the form on the same site. I will not invent venue case studies I have not shipped. The Portfolio page is the proof of software I have already built.

What do I get in the trial?+

A planned, custom-built site of up to five core pages, mobile layout, enquiry form, basic SEO, managed hosting, SSL, backups, and one standard .co.uk or .com domain in your name. For hospitality, the trial includes the order and contact paths we agree on the call. Ecommerce catalogues, member areas, and custom software are scoped separately.

What happens after the two weeks?+

If you continue, you pick one of three monthly plans — Lite at £49, Studio at £99, or Trade at £149 — depending on how much the site changes and how fast you need me. All three keep the site up, secured, and backed up. Month to month after you say yes — I am not locking you into a year because you tried it. If you stop, hosting stops and the site comes down. You keep the domain.

When do we talk about software?+

Usually after the site is live and you can see it is worth more. CRMs, booking, dashboards, kitchen records, lead routing — scoped, priced to the brief. I will not sell you a platform on week one.

Do you set up agents?+

Yes. That is a third offer, beside website builds and custom software. I build an agent around one job you already have: answering for a table, sorting a lead, writing the morning note from your own tools. Then I connect it, run it on your real work, and hand it over. You do not need a new website first. It is not a chatbot pasted on the homepage, and it does not replace your staff. If the brief is to replace everyone, I will say no.

Who are you, really?+

One person in London, not a 12-person agency. I have already shipped live operations software, CRMs, booking systems, and dashboards. Fully Stacked is that work under one studio name. If you need an account manager and a pitch deck, I am the wrong hire.

Who owns the work?+

Your domain is yours from day one. While the monthly plan is active I host and maintain the site. If we part ways after you have been paying, we can arrange a handover of the completed site. During an unpaid trial, if you walk away, the site comes down — I am not building free assets for people who disappear.

Next

Send the brief. I will tell you if I should build it.

I take a handful of trials at a time. If the job is real and I have the slot, we start. Two weeks, no invoice.
