Fully Stacked is the data controller for information submitted through this website. We use it only to respond to enquiries, assess potential work, prepare proposals, and run agreed projects. We do not sell your details.

The contact form collects your name, email address, company, project type, budget range, and brief. A copy is sent to our inbox and recorded in our private leads register. We process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio and, where work proceeds, to take steps towards and perform a contract.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure. They process only the information needed to provide those services and may store it outside the UK under appropriate contractual safeguards. We keep unsuccessful enquiries for up to 24 months after the last contact unless we need them longer for legal or accounting reasons. Project records are retained for the period required to deliver the work and meet our legal obligations.

This site does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Essential hosting and security services may process basic technical information needed to serve and protect the site.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to how it is used. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
