Ledger
A personal analytics desk: journal, opportunities, exposure, and a dashboard that treats decisions as data instead of vibes.
- Use
- Daily desk
- Input
- Import + journal
- Output
- Clear exposure

Problem
Notes and results were scattered. There was no honest picture of what was working — only memory, which is a liar.
Outcome
A workspace for importing history, reviewing calls, and seeing P&L and exposure without opening five tabs.
The job
The operator needed a private desk: what was taken, what it did, and where the risk sat. Not a social app. Not a generic BI tool with 80 unused widgets.
What we shipped
Dashboard, journal, import, review, and analytics views that answer the only questions that matter: am I up, where am I exposed, and what did I actually do.
Why it bills
Specialist dashboards are easy to sell when they replace a ritual of screenshots and gut feel. People pay to see their own numbers without performing for a vendor.
